We're sorry your plans changed. Follow the steps below to cancel your booking and request a refund.

How It Works

Cancellation Steps

Go to My Bookings

Log in to your ViaBego account and navigate to My Bookings in your profile.

Select Booking

Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it to view details.

Request Cancellation

Click the 'Cancel Booking' button and select a reason for cancellation.

Confirm & Refund

Review the refund amount and confirm. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

100% Refund

3–7 days before check-in

75% Refund

1–3 days before check-in

50% Refund

Less than 24 hours
