You agree to use ViaBego only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All bookings made through ViaBego are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from ViaBego.

Prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. ViaBego reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.

By making a payment, you authorise ViaBego to charge your selected payment method for the full booking amount.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.

ViaBego acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we strive to ensure smooth transactions, we are not liable for changes or cancellations made by service providers.

ViaBego provides a platform for service providers (hotels, homestays, tour guides) to list their services. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all listing information.

Travelers are encouraged to read listing details carefully and contact service providers directly for any specific requirements before booking.

All content on the ViaBego platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of ViaBego or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ViaBego content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViaBego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ViaBego shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.

ViaBego reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or on our platform. Your continued use of ViaBego after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
