Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for bookings cancelled within the windows defined in our cancellation schedule. To be eligible, your cancellation request must be submitted through your ViaBego account or via our support team before the check-in date.

Non-refundable bookings (clearly marked at the time of booking) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances except as required by applicable law.

Refund Schedule

Our standard refund policy is as follows:

• Cancelled more than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund • Cancelled 3–7 days before check-in: 75% refund • Cancelled 1–3 days before check-in: 50% refund • Cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

Individual properties may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be shown clearly on the listing and during checkout. In such cases, the property's policy takes precedence.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days • Wallets: 1–3 business days

ViaBego does not charge any processing fee for refunds. However, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Tour Guide Cancellations

For tour guide bookings, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If your tour guide cancels for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund within 3 business days, and our team will assist you in finding an alternative guide at no additional charge.

Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest — ViaBego may issue travel credits or full refunds at our discretion, regardless of the standard cancellation policy.

We encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

Disputed Refunds

If you believe your refund was incorrectly calculated or has not been received within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@viabego.com with your booking ID and payment details.

We will investigate and resolve all refund disputes within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
